What You'll Bring
We're seeking hands-on leaders ready to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Grocery departments while delivering outstanding customer service.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Expertise in stock management, merchandising, and maintaining high presentation standards
A proactive attitude with excellent organisational abilities
Flexibility to work across various store locations and shifts
Minimum 3+ years of grocery department experience
Team leader experience essential for this role
Retail team leadership experience is required for this position
Experience managing teams of 4-6 people
Australian work rights are essential for this position
