About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Manager – Workforce Australia, your role will empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment. You will meet specific targets, providing tailored guidance, coaching, job placement, and ongoing support to your clients. Your understanding of the unique employment needs of a diverse client group and collaboration with employers to bridge talent and opportunity are key to success. This role offers opportunities to network within the community and contribute to community outcomes through creating meaningful employment opportunities.
Requirements
* Bilingual or Multilingual, Arabic speaker preferred, to meet local community needs
* Experience in employment services, retail, customer service, sales, contact centre, or recruitment
* Aptitude for working within target-driven environments
* Mandatory: Police Check and Working with Children Check prior to employment
* Successful candidates must set up a myGovID to access government data relevant to the role
About You
You will be committed to making a difference by supporting clients into sustainable employment. You should be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, experienced in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or related fields. Problem-solving, goal-setting, and a good understanding of the local labour market are essential. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative and IT tasks are important. You should be adaptable, resilient, and able to balance empathy with a drive to achieve positive outcomes.
