We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our Victorian team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in establishing and managing Employer/Agent/Stakeholder relationships to ensure growth via exceptional customer service, a professional customer interface and supporting high-quality service delivery.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Represent WorkFocus as their single point of contact for all lines of communication and support for allocated customers.
* Explore and understand customer needs to develop solutions to address portfolio challenges including cross selling of products and/or services.
* Proactively manage portfolio performance in line with customer reporting.
* Conduct a variety of specific service assessments and/or rehabilitation interventions in line with WorkFocus service delivery requirements.
* Identify key employers and relationships and build on workload through exceptional service delivery and customer service.
