The Company This ASX-listed services business located in Macquarie Park are looking to bring on a Payroll Analyst ASAP to focus on a remediation and back pays project. This role is due to start immediately for at least 1-2 months. Free onsite parking is available and this role is fully office based. The Role Reporting to the Payroll Systems Manager, this role will focus on data remediation. Your daily tasks will include: Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies related to entitlements under various industrial Awards Recalculate superannuation contributions to ensure compliance with current legislation Prepare and lodge updated payroll data with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) Analyse and validate data using advanced Excel functions, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups Work closely with internal stakeholders to support accurate and timely payroll processing Support the development and implementation of best-practice payroll reconciliation procedures Your Profile You will be an experienced Payroll Analyst who has excellent experience in award interpretation, remediation & reconciliations. You will be a great communicator and have excellent excel skills. You will be able to work autonomously and offer solutions to problems.
