ARG Workforce is seeking applications from experienced HR Professionals for a 9 month contract at our Client's mining services facility in Paget.
Scope of Work:
- Managing HR lifecycle initiatives including end to end recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement initiatives including advertising, booking interviews and arranging pre-employment checks.
- Ensuring national systems are implemented at site locations.
- Support leaders will all HR related matters included employee relations and industrial relations matters.
- Drafting employment contracts and drive the development of onboarding programs.
- Supporting employees and managers with site specific enquiries relating to payroll for employees under the enterprise agreement or employed under common law contracts.
- Assist in the design, development and co-ordination of HR initiatives and system implementation.
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource and or related work experience.
- Knowledge of HR functions, employment law and equal employment opportunity practices.
- Previous experience in managing end to end employee lifecycle practices.
- Robust attention to detail, administrative and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
