Responsibilities include:Glazing Mastery: Managing daily tasks like reglazing windows, installing showers, splashbacks, mirrors or other glass related products and services.Glazier Support: Assisting other glaziers with installations, repairs, and maintenance across various projects.Mentorship: Assist with training staff, running toolbox meetings, sharing your skills to help them grow.Customer Focus: Providing exceptional customer service to all of our clients.Growth Opportunity: This role has the potential to include a project management aspect - think ordering, quoting, and job management.What We're Looking ForYou need to live in or be moving to the Western Suburbs of Melbourne.Experience: Proven glazing skills - all residential products and services.
