About the role

This role provides essential coordination and administrative support to ensure key business activities run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with internal teams, the position supports planning, scheduling, record-keeping and day-to-day operational processes, acting as a central point of contact to help information flow accurately across the business.

The role involves maintaining systems and documentation, assisting with routine reporting and supporting agreed processes to ensure work is completed on time and to standard. It requires someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This position suits someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving and being relied upon as a dependable support within a broader operational team

Key responsibilities

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

* Coordinating procurement planning and administrative support for production consumables.
* Supporting inventory control activities, including receipting, stock records and data accuracy.
* Assisting with seed receival, quality checks and compliance with handling protocols.
* Maintaining systems, documentation and records to support planning and purchasing processes.
* Supporting production planning routines, schedules and cross-functional communication.
* Assisting with reporting, planning meetings and follow-up of actions.
* Supporting sales order changes and ensuring planning updates are communicated clearly.
* Providing general administrative support and team coverage as required.

About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring a practical and organised approach, along with:

* Strong administrative and coordination experience.
* The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
* Confidence working with systems, records and operational data.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to work across teams.
* An understanding of planning, inventory or procurement environments (desirable but not essential).

This role is a full time opportuinity. The role is primarily on-site, with some flexibility to work from home, depending on business needs.
