Law Clerk / Legal Assistant – Albany Office

This role is preferably part-time, 3 days a week, 9am to 3pm, but we will consider full-time for the right candidate. This is a great role for those looking for school hours, or are studying or even slowing down.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Law Clerk/Legal Assistant to provide essential administrative and law clerk support to our lawyers. This role involves:
* Typing, document preparation, and drafting correspondence
* Assisting lawyers with file management and legal documentation
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Greeting clients and managing appointments
* General administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* At least 12 months of administrative or law clerk experience
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
* A proactive and professional approach to work
