Job Title
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team in Nambucca Heads.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception, greeting clients, and providing administrative support to the Communities Team. This is a part-time contract opportunity until January 2027 (28 hours per week/4 days per week).
* Responsibilities include:
o Greeting families, young people, and visitors
o Assisting with appointments and client intake
o Performing general administrative tasks such as minute taking, timesheet coordination, and report preparation
o Supporting finance processes including accounts payable/receivable
o Participating in shared administrative duties such as fleet management, property management, and event coordination
Your Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 2 years of experience in an office environment
* Strong skills in time management, communication, and organisation
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work under minimal supervision
* Experience in accounts payable/receivable and general finance administration
