We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join our team. As a Stock Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring our products are available at the right time by forecasting demand, managing stock levels, and keeping inventory flowing smoothly.
About the Role
* You will forecast demand and create line-level forecasts by week, adjusting for seasonality and promotional activity.
* You will monitor inventory KPIs including stock turns, weeks of cover, and availability.
* You will own the stock plan for your category, including OTB budgets and supply assumptions.
* You will identify and action plans for slow-moving or excess inventory in collaboration with buying and merchandising teams.
* You will maintain supplier relationships to reduce lead times and support delivery commitments.
* You will coordinate with warehousing and logistics to ensure accurate and timely stock movement.
* You will partner with merchandising, operations and finance to align stock decisions with wider business strategies.
* You will support seasonal stock planning and post-season consolidation to optimise availability and minimise waste.
* You will build and maintain tools and reports that track forecast accuracy and inventory health.
* You will drive continuous improvement in forecasting, inventory control and reporting processes.
Your Qualifications
* You have 2+ years' experience in stock or inventory planning, range planning or merchandising.
* You have strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets.
* You have advanced Excel skills and comfortable working with ERP or stock planning systems.
* You can confidently communicate and influence a range of stakeholders, including suppliers.
* You are highly organised and able to manage multiple product categories under time pressure.
* A degree or professional qualification in supply chain, business, mathematics or a related field is desirable.
* Familiarity with replenishment or distribution strategies within retail or e-commerce is also desirable.
* Experience planning for seasonal and promotional cycles is also desirable.
* Experience working with system-driven demand planning systems is also desirable.
