Join our Building Management Team at the prestigious Melbourne Quarter Tower as a Property Services Supervisor, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional property services for this premium A-Grade asset.
As Property Services Supervisor, you'll assist in daily property operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, and vendor management whilst supervising contractor teams to ensure optimal building performance and client satisfaction.
You'll utilise JLL's technology platforms and data analytics to deliver efficient, cost-effective property services, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary client contact for service issues.
Compliance & Certification
Ensure building and employee compliance with all relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices
Maintain adherence to Lendlease GMR performance standards
Ensure timely preparation of annual Fire Safety Statements and other regulatory documentation
Conduct periodic reviews of work practices to ensure OHS compliance
Maintenance & Risk Management
Coordinate effective management of all property services and maintenance works
Undertake periodic building and plant inspections to determine repair priorities
Manage and supervise specialist contractors ensuring contract compliance
Implement and maintain JLL's computerised Planned Preventative Maintenance, TSR and Work Order Systems
Identify and implement energy, water and waste conservation initiatives
Budget & Reporting
Assist in preparing annual property operations and capital works budgets
Provide input into monthly operational reports
Support operations team auditing and management review obligations
Qualifications
FM Diploma qualifications desirable, Trade Certificate favourably considered
Minimum 5 years as a Facilities Coordinator in A-Grade or Premium Assets
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong customer service ethic and ability to empathise with tenant needs
Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines
Flexible and adaptable to client processes and procedures
Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
Open mindset to learning new web-based platforms
