This role will report to the Head of Organisation Change and is responsible for managing change initiatives.
This role is project based and will focus on the people side of change, aiming to minimise resistance and maximise adoption and engagement to achieve organisational goals.
The Change Manager will develop and execute change management strategies and plans that drive faster adoption, higher utilisation, and proficiency among impacted employees.This is a fixed term 12 month employment contract with view to extension.Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management Strategy and Implementation: Maximising employee adoption and minimising resistance.
In collaboration with leadership and project teams, identify, assess and prioritise change initiatives.Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to support project implementation and build capability in change management in addition to ensuring seamless implementation of changes.
Liaise with different parts of the organisation to facilitate collaboration.Communication regarding change to all levels within the organisation: Ensure all stakeholders are engaged to build buy-in and support for change.Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs that will help employees adapt to change.
Support and coach individuals and teams throughout the change process.Impact Analysis: Conduct impact assessments to identify potential disruptions, risks and opportunities associated with the change.
Develop mitigation plans to minimise potential negative impacts and maximise positive outcomes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make recommendations for improvement.Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
Refine Change Management practices and processes based on lessons learned and best practices.
Support development of consistent change tools and templates within the change practice.To thrive in this role you will needExperience leading change in mid to large-scale projects, managing both technology and people/process aspectsStrong understanding of change management principles, methodologies and toolsDemonstrated implementation of a large enterprise wide HRIS systemAbility to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of an organisationExcellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsFlexible, adaptable and you work well with ambiguityStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Desired AttributesAdaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving digital landscape.
