About the role
Based out of Canberra Ventia is seeking a proactive and hands-on leader to oversee the installation and maintenance operations, provide onsite support and manage client interactions. We welcome applicants living in Sydney who are willing to travel / relocate to apply
Other responsibilities will include but are not limited :
Partnering with project teams and crews to deliver safe high-quality outcomes
Conducting on-site assessments to verify and improve design plans
Keeping projects moving by capturing insights and updating project systems
Work closely with Operations Centre in managing service requests
Coach the Implementation and Operations & Maintenance teams to ensure their depth in knowledge of the operating process and equipment functionality is compliant.
About You
Youre a technically skilled communicator with a passion for leadership and innovation. You bring :
A Diploma or higher in one of the following: Radio Communications, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
Hands-on experience with communications network equipment, fibre radio antenna systems and DC power systems
Strong client-facing communication skills
Proven ability to uplift capability across teams and contractors
Eligibility to obtain Australian NV1 Security Clearance
Solid Information Systems and computer literacy
