About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Nurse Unit Manager for U3, a medical ward inclusive of Medical, RAPU, Oncology, and Stroke patients. This role oversees a 32-bed unit and requires excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. The manager will work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure a cohesive, team-oriented approach to patient care and outcomes.
