**Responsibilities**
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Review UI/UX elements to ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Contribute to the automation of repetitive test scenarios and maintain automated test scripts.
- Perform performance and security testing where required.
- Prepare detailed test reports and communicate testing progress and results to the team.
- Communicate effectively with our outsourcing team in China to ensure alignment on quality standards and testing requirements.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in software/web testing roles.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and browser developer tools.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, or similar frameworks).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, agile team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
