The Role:
- Sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting
- Converting Property Management leads from the sales team
- Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Management team
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer qualified advice to clients
- Arranging and conducting market appraisals
- Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Leasing the properties you bring on then handover to the Property Management Team
The Candidate:
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration essential
- High level of experience as a Business Development Manager in Real Estate OR as a Leasing Consultant
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Valid driver's license
