Key Skills & Responsibilities:
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
* 10+ years of overall Project Management experience, including 4–5 years in Contact Centre projects
* Strong understanding of Contact Centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or similar
* Experience in telephony systems, IVR, workforce management, and customer experience solutions
* Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and ability to manage hybrid delivery models
* Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects and cross-functional teams
