Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) with a passion for education and workforce development?
We're looking for a seasoned classroom trainer with a strong clinical background to deliver and assess Health Support Services (Cert III) and Allied Health Assistance (Cert III & IV) qualifications as part of a high-performing VET training team.

About the Role
* Deliver engaging and industry-relevant training in Health Support Services and Allied Health Assistance qualifications.
* Train and support students in scheduled classroom programs and workplace traineeships (VETiS).
* Travel regularly between North Lakes and the Gold Coast to deliver training across multiple sites.
* Use Moodle and VETtrak for learning management, reporting, and student progress tracking.
* Provide learner support, ensuring students meet competency and program milestones.
* Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities to uphold high training standards.
* Contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
About You
* Current RN or EN registration with a solid clinical background.
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
* Vocational qualification in Health Support Services and/or Allied Health Assistance.
* Proven experience as a classroom trainer in the VET sector.
* Strong knowledge of compliance and training package requirements.
* Confident in using Moodle and VETtrak systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel regularly between North Lakes and Gold Coast.
Desirable:
* Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (TAE50111) or higher.
* 3+ years' experience delivering VET training in health or community services.
* Experience supporting traineeships and work-based learners.
