Job Overview
This role provides frontline application support for a large portfolio of applications, with a focus on delivering high-quality services to customers.
About the Role
* Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their needs, questions, and concerns.
* Support project application strategies by installing and maintaining software from approved company standards.
* Facilitate project systems reporting, data integration, and work process review and improvement.
* Install and maintain software from approved company standards.
* Develop and follow standard operating procedures for end-user IT requests, incident support, and asset management practices.
* Participate in the rollout of new technologies, services, and security remediations.
* Assist in project application planning, deployment, and support processes.
* Develop dashboards using Microsoft PowerBI and reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
* Upgrade applications, migrate between applications, and migrate data between applications.
