**Suncare Domestic Assistant / Cleaner - what's involved in the role?**
We are currently seeking Permanent Part-Time Cleaners / Domestic Assistants provide support to our customers in their home. Work is typically performed between Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm, and the roster you are provided is dependent on your availability.
Current Part-Time contracts are available offering 60 hours per fortnight. There may also be the opportunity to gain additional hours depending on your availability and operational requirements.
The role of a Suncare Cleaner/Domestic Assistant actively supports the individual needs of our aged customers who are living at home, either independently or with family. Examples of your duties could include assisting with cleaning the bathroom and toilet, vacuuming and mopping of floors, wiping kitchen surfaces and laundry duties, meal preparation, bed making and ironing, meal preparation and unassisted shopping.
**About you**
We want our customers to have a great experience with our people, and our people need to have a great attitude, be friendly, willing to learn new things, and most importantly listen and understand what the customer wants. You will ideally have demonstrated experience in cleaning. You will also have the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.
For this position, you will be required to be physically fit, hold an open Queensland Driver's licence and be willing to use your own vehicle for work purposes, ensuring that your vehicle is appropriately insured. A National Police Check, CPR and First Aid certificates are required in this position.
