The Why:We're seeking a technical Marketing Specialist to join our Lifecycle Marketing team at Ubank.
This role is central to enhancing customer engagement through data driven audience segmentation and personalised communications.You'll work closely with our technical squad to ensure our Martech audience tools are fully leveraged, enabling precise targeting, real time activation across lifecycle campaigns.
Your work will directly impact how we engage customers across key banking moments, from onboarding and retention to cross-sell and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities: Audience Strategy & Lifecycle Enablement Curate and manage high-value audience segments aligned to banking lifecycle stagesCollaborate with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to design audience strategies that support acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention goals Ensure audience definitions are compliant with banking regulations and privacy standards Tealium CDP Optimisation Partner with the Martech Technical Squad to enhance Tealium's data capture,attribute enrichment, and integration with downstream channels Partner with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to optimise audience and segmentation with our Customer Engagement Platform Drive improvements in data quality, latency, and event tracking to support real-time personalisation Contribute to tagging strategies and data layer enhancements across digital banking platforms Campaign Activation & Channel Enablement Work with lifecycle teams to activate curated audiences across email, push, app, and paid media Ensure seamless audience delivery and troubleshoot data flow issues between Tealium and Customer Engagement activation platforms\ Insights Collaborate with Analytics to monitor audience performance and campaign ROI Provide insights to refine segmentation strategies and improve lifecycle outcomes Your Experience: 2-3-years' experience working with Tealium AudienceStream or similar CDPs in a regulated industry, ideally banking or financial services.
Experience working with Customer Engagement Platforms like MoEngage, Braze, Salesforce or similar.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation Ability to translate marketing goals into technical requirements and collaborate effectively with engineering and data teams Familiarity with digital analytics, tag management, and data governance Knowledge of banking compliance and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CDR) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Why Ubank?
