CUSTOMER SUPPORT / ACCOUNTS – 3 days a week

We are a leading supplier of high quality and innovative drapery systems throughout Australia. A fantastic opportunity exists within our Batemans Bay Head Office for an outgoing, vibrant person to join our team.
The Role
To provide administrative support and assistance to our Customer Support Team and Accounts Department when required.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
* Preparation and Management of sales orders
* Respond to customer enquiries via email or telephone.
* Accounts payable/receivable + invoicing including bank reconciliations
* Electronic record keeping/filing
* General administration tasks & any ad-hoc tasks as directed by the General Manager
The Details:
* 3 days per week 8.30am to 4.30pm
* Weekdays only – no weekends required

Have the following skills and experience:
* Myob experience preferred (not essential)
* The ability to undertake administrative tasks as directed
* Understanding of Microsoft Office with basic typing skills and accuracy
* Organisational skills as well as problem solving skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.50 per hour
Expected hours: 22.50 per week
