The Garrawarra Centre is a Dementia Specific Residential Aged Care Facility with a primary focus on providing quality, person-centred care to elderly people who have a primary diagnosis of Dementia and associated behaviours.
* We work closely with experts in the field such as Geriatricians and Clinical Nurse Specialists to ensure high level of care is provided.
Globally recognized for its excellence in dementia-specific residential aged care, we are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing / Facility Manager who shares our vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading clinical leadership of the Garrawarra Centre and oversight of operational management services provision to residents.
