ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Construction Manager based anywhere in Australia for a FIFO role to WA with a top‑tier piling contractor. This role will oversee a large mining project with the piling package valued at over $70M.
Permanent Full‑time
FIFO to project site in WA.
Main Duties
Lead and manage all aspects of piling and civil construction activities on‑site.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain effective workflow.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental requirements.
Monitor resources, equipment, and materials to optimise site productivity.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the project team.
Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and project records.
Requirements
12+ years’ experience running large piling projects with more than 6 rigs.
Solid knowledge of piling methodologies (CFA, bored, driven, Secant walls) and ground improvement works.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals.
$150k–180k base + super + vehicle (negotiable based on experience)
