We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Site Manager to oversee our client's Industrial Refurbishment project in Southampton.
* Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid SMSTS certification
* Black CSCS certification
* First Aid at Work qualification
* Fire Marshall training
Responsibilities:
* Oversight of shift supervision to ensure project timelines are met.
* Co-ordination with subcontractors and site personnel.
* Maintenance of quality standards throughout the refurbishment.
* Reporting of project progress to the Contracts Manager.
* Supervision of health and safety protocols on-site.
