Who we are

The Role
We are seeking passionate Personal Carers who embrace a person-centered approach to care to join our Harden facility. You must be dedicated to working within the applicable quality standards, including the Aged Care Quality Standards and NDIS Practice Standards. We offer flexible hours and working arrangements, including permanent and casual roles, to suit your lifestyle.
What you will do
- Ensure a positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
- Provide personal care tailored to each resident's needs and preferences
- Complete care documentation, including progress notes and daily charts
- Work collaboratively within a team
- Handle residents safely and correctly
- Report feedback and incidents promptly
- Deliver safe, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Who are you and what will you bring?
- Completed Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent
- Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
- Hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain one)
- Passionate about delivering a person-centered approach to care
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
