The Production Planning Manager - Capability will also be involved in tool set adaption and knowledge transfer of our international production planning system.Key responsibilities include:Gaining comprehensive knowledge of the Production Planning System of Work including Production Planning & Control policies, processes, procedures and systems from our UK teamSupporting the transition of the planning system to AustraliaAdapting planning processes for Australia where requiredLead a small team of planners as required and integrate with other teamsPerform production planning, detailed scheduling and reporting as required.About YOUProven experience in production planning in a manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP/MRP systemsExperience with production and demand-driven planning processesPrior management of tool set migrations, implementations, or similar IT projects is highly desirableAvailable to work in UK hours ideally up to 8 pm AEST time (flexible start times are offered)Have a valid Australian passport with ability to travel overseasA holder of an Australian Defence clearanceWe believe in hiring for potential, we know that some candidates hesitate if they don't tick all the boxes.
