About the role
We are looking for a suitably experienced HR and Quality Administrator to join our dynamic team at Montessori Stepping Stones in Yangebup, WA. This is a 6 month maternity leave cover contract role, with the possibility of further extension or permanent position. The role will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of our organisation, and as the HR and Quality Administrator you will be responsible for managing human resources functions and maintaining quality assurance standards across the business.
What you'll be doing
* Administering all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management
* Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
* Developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
* Conducting regular quality audits and implementing corrective actions
* Maintaining quality management systems and documentation
* Providing HR and quality-related support and training to employees
* Collaborating with the management team to identify and address areas for improvement
What we're looking for
* Suitable experience in a similar HR or quality assurance role, preferably within the education or childcare industry
* Good knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in using HR and quality management software
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
