Aircraft Maintenance Engineers - Avionics & Structures
DEC Workforce is looking for Avionics & Structural AME's to join our team supporting our customer on the P-8A Poseidon program at RAAF Base Edinburgh.
As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you'll be hands on with maintenance, modifications, servicing, inspections, testing and fault finding on aircraft systems. You will:
Collaborating with the MRO team to ensure efficient task completion
Ensuring compliance within the DASR Part 145 Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) regulations.
Fostering effective communication and coordination with Boeing, customers, and industry teams
Ensuring Quality Assurance (QA) procedures, aircraft maintenance/modification operating procedures, and meticulous documentation practices.
Embrace a positive attitude towards Environmental Health & Safety, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel.
As an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, you will have:
Certificate IV in Aeroskills or equivalent (Structures)
Be able to meet Defence security requirements
Meet the security requirements of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Hold a current driver's licence.
Desirable
Previous experience working with Military aircraft.
Hold a Baseline or NV1 security clearance
