About the Role
We’re currently recruiting a Part-Time OSHC Assistant Educator for our North Ainslie OSHC who thrives in an inclusive and collaborative environment.
In this role, you will:
* Create engaging, play-based learning experiences for primary school-aged children
* Foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment
* Support children’s development through meaningful interactions and activities
* Work as part of a supportive and passionate team
What You’ll Bring
* A genuine passion for working with children and families
* Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive, team-focused attitude
* Creativity and initiative in planning inclusive activities
* A willingness to learn and apply key frameworks, including:
o National Education and Care Law
o National Quality Framework (NQF)
o My Time, Our Place Framework
* A strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing
What We’re Looking For
* Availability across the week of:
o 7:00am – 9:00am
o 2:30pm – 6:00pm
* Experience working or volunteering with children
* Valid driver’s licence
* Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Paid ACT Working With Vulnerable People card (WWVP)
* Knowledge of educational frameworks (desirable but not essential)
