Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of our fresh produce department. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers and team members.

Experience in leading, managing will be important. Being a positive, passionate and engaged leader, who loves interacting with customers and will mentor and share their knowledge with their team, including a love of good food and produce.
Produce Retail Manager - Tramsheds/Harold Park Supamart
45 hours per week.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Roster Dependant.
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced setting
- Direct leadership experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering requirements
- To maintain excellent department standards including monitoring stock, rotation routines, wastage, shrinkage and quality control
- Ability to look ahead, energise your team and deliver with pride
