About the role
As an Administration & HR Assistant - in this role, you will play a key part in the smooth running of office operations, workplace health and safety (WHS), and human resources functions. You will support administrative processes while assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities.
You'll help with:
* General admin and office support
* Recruitment and onboarding of new team members
* HR tasks and employee records
* Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) documentation
* Organising files, systems, and day-to-day operations
* Supporting a positive, inclusive workplace culture
What we're looking for
You are:
* Organised and detail-oriented with a great attitude
* Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with people
* Keen to learn and try new things
* Able to juggle tasks and stay proactive
* Interested in business administration and HR
A reliable car and valid driver's licence are essential
