We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected boutique agency in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to take over a beautifully maintained portfolio of 140 residential properties across Bondi, Rose Bay and surrounding areas.
This is a rare opportunity to join a close‑knit, down‑to‑earth team where the portfolio has been managed by the same Property Manager for the past 5 years – meaning clean systems, long‑standing relationships and a smooth transition with extensive handover and support.
The Role
* End‑to‑end management of 140 residential properties
* Liaising with landlords and tenants (predominantly landlord communication)
* Arrears management
* Maintenance coordination
* Routine inspections and lease management
* Ensuring a high level of customer service and communication

About You
* Minimum 3 years Property Management experience
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional and team‑focused attitude
