About this role
As a casual Clinical Pharmacist, you will deliver high‐quality, unit‐based clinical pharmacy services across our Ballarat campus on a flexible, casual basis. This role includes supporting effective patient flow and mentoring learners.
Key responsibilities
* Provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services (assessment, intervention, advocacy and consultation)
* Promoting and supporting effective patient flow
* Mentoring and clinical supervision of learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents, and other Grampians Health staff
* Active contribution to Pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings
Skills and experience
* Currently hold, or be eligible for, general registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA
* Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital environment is preferred
