We are looking for multiple professional Personal Care Assistants to come on board with us and work with our clients who can make a difference by supporting the lives of people within aged care and assisting them in achieving their goals and living their best life with in home care service.
You will be providing high-quality care to residents by tending to their physical, social and cultural needs within various homes.
**About you**

**Essential**:
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
- Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
- Ability to identify problems with an understanding of relevant escalation processes.
- Pro-active and dedicated approach to delivering best-practice care.
- Valid driver's License & Car Insurance
**Desirable**:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Certificate III or IV in Individual Support.
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays.
- NDIS Screening and module is strongly encouraged.
To be successful in this role, you will need to pass relevant WWC Checks, Police Checks, as well as have a record of up-to-date flu and COVID vaccinations.
