 
        
        As a key player in our team, we are seeking an experienced Payroll and Invoicing Manager to drive the timely and accurate processing of high volume payroll and invoicing processes.
This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with staff members and clients alike by ensuring efficient operations.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
 * Processing high-volume weekly payroll for on-hire staff
 * Issuing weekly invoices to clients
 * Liaising with clients and employees regarding related matters
 * Managing electronic timekeeping or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
 * Ensuring accurate and timely payroll and invoicing processes
 * Processing payable hours entitlements deductions and salary sacrificing
 * CALCULATING AND LODGING SUPERANNUATION AND PAYROLL TAX OVER MULTIPLE STATES
 * Maintaining accurate records
 * Providing information and answering employee questions about payroll-related matters
 * Providing information and answering client questions about invoicing-related matters
 * Identifying and resolving payroll and invoicing discrepancies
 * Assisting with the collection of aged invoices
 * Assisting with other administrative duties as required
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
 * Proven work experience as a high-volume payroll administrator
 * Qualifications in HR or finance-related disciplines
 * A proven ability to interpret complex award and fair work conditions
 * Ability to prioritise workload and deliver outputs within strict deadlines
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
 * Advanced Excel skills
 * Previous working experience with EntroHire platform or similar would be highly advantageous
