Founded by people who have run sales teams inside energy retailers, Utility Club is not a startup guessing its way forward. We already do strong volume, we are profitable, and we are entering our next growth phase with major marketing campaigns.
We are now looking for an Energy Sales Manager to take ownership of our sales floor and lead from the front.
What you will be doing
• Lead, coach and motivate a high performing sales team
• Drive daily performance across conversion, quality and compliance
• Set clear targets and hold the team accountable
• Work closely with leadership on sales strategy, incentives and growth
• Analyse performance data and improve processes to lift results
• Be hands on on the floor, not a desk only manager
What we are looking for
• Proven experience managing a phone based energy sales team
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, performance tracking and coaching
• Comfortable in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Confident communicator who leads by example
• Energy sales
