Join us at Club Wyndham Bellinzona in beautiful Hepburn Springs, Daylesford and play a pivotal role in creating safe, seamless and memorable overnight experiences for our guests. We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
How You’ll Shine
As the Night Manager, you’ll be the overnight leader on site, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service by:
Completing and submitting front office night reportsConducting internal security walks to maintain a safe environmentProviding bar service on request (until midnight)Delivering overnight room service to meet guest needsKeeping conference rooms and lobby areas clean and welcomingResponding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concernsProcessing invoices and purchase orders (POs) efficientlyManaging guest room allocations, reservation entries, and updates

Previous experience in hotel operations, front office, or a similar supervisory roleA guest-centric mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skillsA calm and professional approach to resolving issues under pressureThe ability to work independently overnightFlexibility to work full-time or part-time on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
