ABOUT THE ROLE:
* Managing spreadsheets, quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
* Providing exceptional customer service at the front counter and over the phone.
* Handling stock receipt and ordering.
* Maintaining quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
* Marketing and selling products, servicing existing customers, and pursuing new opportunities.
* Delivering high-level administrative and sales support.

* Standard working hours Monday–Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Friday: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Prior experience working in the steel or trade industries
* Preparing spreadsheets, generating quotes and invoices, and processing purchase orders
* Documenting meeting minutes and compiling actionable follow-up lists
* Delivering exceptional customer service at the front desk and via phone communication
* Managing stock receipts and coordinating ordering processes
