As a Senior Dietitian at The Prince Charles Hospital, you will lead the management, development, and optimisation of clinical food service systems to ensure safe, high-quality nutrition care.
This role combines leadership in service design, mentoring, and clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes and support innovation in food services.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and improve clinical food service systems, including menu management and dietary compliance.Deliver advanced dietetic and nutrition services in inpatient and/or outpatient settings.Lead service development, education, and quality improvement initiatives across food services.Provide supervision, mentorship, and education to students and less experienced staff.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and evidence-based patient care.Health EquityMetro North Health has set out its actions and agreed key performance measures to improve Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people's health and wellbeing outcomes.
