Have you ever dreamed of working at the airport? This is your chance to join the world's leading Ground Handler at Perth International Airport! We are seeking Part-time Customer Service Agents to join our team, working a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Our Mishandled Baggage team is responsible for tracing and locating mishandled bags for various international carrier clients. They also report on damaged bags directly to the airline, ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate operations during aircraft turnarounds and meeting KPIs for our clients.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities

* Being the first point of contact for passengers at the baggage carousel
* Checking passenger baggage details
* Monitoring carousels for issues such as belt stoppages and passenger concerns
* Collaborating with the below-wing team for missing baggage
* Recording rush bags received
* Reporting issues to Baggage Services Supervisors
* Creating and tracing files for missed or damaged bags
* Forwarding and delivering baggage to passengers


Essential Criteria

* Superior customer service, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
* Adherence to safety and security protocols in the aviation industry
* Punctuality and reliability in attendance
* Positive attitude
