Production Manager – Lead Safety, Quality and Production Performance in a Growing SA Manufacturer
Neutrog Australia is seeking a disciplined, hands‐on Production Manager to take ownership of safety, quality and production performance across our expanding manufacturing facility in the Adelaide Hills.

What You'll Take Ownership Of
* Safe operations across all production activities, ensuring compliance with the SA WHS Act & Regulations 2012 and strong Safety & Compliance Engineering principles
* Quality and environmental performance, ensuring production meets ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements
* Delivery of production plans, ensuring output meets volume, timing and quality targets in partnership with the Production Planner and Supervisor
* Leadership of the production team, providing clarity, coaching and direction to the Production Supervisor and operators
* Process improvement, using LEAN principles to stabilise operations, reduce waste and improve flow
* Labour and resource planning, ensuring the right people, equipment and materials are available to meet production needs
* Clear communication and coordination, working closely with the Operations Manager, planning, logistics and warehouse teams

What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Production Manager in FMCG or manufacturing
* Strong grounding in WHS leadership and safety‐critical operations
* Exposure to ISO‐aligned quality and environmental systems
* Experience developing teams and managing performance
* A continuous improvement mindset with practical, hands‐on leadership
* Clear communication, curiosity and disciplined follow‐through
