Key aspects of this role include:Lead the evolution of service provider governance: Set policies, publish guidelines, and enhance operational efficiencies in managing service providers across the enterprise.Strategic roadmap delivery: Develop and facilitate implementation of a roadmap that enhances service provider management in line with Australian Retirement Trust's (ART's) values and strategic goals.You will need to engage, collaborate, influence and plan with the Commercial Performance and Governance team, Vendor Manager community, senior business stakeholders and risk and legal teams.Day To Day, You'llDevelop and maintain service provider frameworks, policies, and guidelines for cost-effective and compliant outcomes in member's best financial interest.Provide ongoing training and support to business stakeholders and procurement teams, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.Liaise with stakeholders to drive innovation and improve service provider management.Collaborate on and execute the annual strategic roadmap for service provider management, including change management, and subject matter expertise on other projects as required.Lead a team of supplier due diligence specialists.This role is available as a full-time/ permanent opportunity (This role is known internally as Manager - Service Provider Governance and Frameworks).About YouIt goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills.
