Sales & Admin Assistant

We need someone who loves and appreciates creativity and is outgoing, warm, positive, and with great attention to detail. If you have worked in and enjoy sales, it will be a distinct advantage.
We require at least five years of business experience in a supporting role and ideally you have an understanding of systems and processes, including familiarity with CRM and ERP systems such as Netsuite, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
Specifics of the Job
Customer support – making phone calls to our retail clients, providing product information and advice, helping to onboard new clients, managing and following up on sampling programs, managing live chat.
Sales team support – producing reports, following up clients and the sales team.
Administrative support for our Head Office leadership team of 6, answering the phone, creating one-off reports, managing office supplies, shipping samples to clients.
We anticipate about 50 % of your time will be spent on phone calls, so your personality fit with our premium brand is critical.
