About ICT Support Officer role
Contributing to the organisation's mission, this role supports and maintains the ICT needs of a leading independent school.
A typical week includes:
* Providing timely computing problem solutions or triaging issues for end-users.
* Supporting software, applications, telecommunications and data services.
* Maintaining ICT infrastructure, equipment and facilities.
* Managing user accounts within online learning platforms.
* Providing ICT support across the group.
Key Requirements
You'll be comfortable with key systems:
* Google Suite
* Apple Mac and iOS
* Microsoft
* Canvas
* Jamf
And back-end systems:
* Microsoft Windows Server
* Linux Server
* Aruba LAN/WAN/Wireless Networking and Telecommunications
Key skills include solutions-focused problem-solving, excellent interpersonal relationships, communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
