Tully Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Bakers to join our team in Bentleigh East, VIC. As a Baker, you will be responsible for crafting delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods to delight our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
What you\'ll be doing
* Preparing a variety of baked goods, including breads, rolls, sweet and savoury items using traditional and modern baking techniques
* Ensuring all baked products meet high quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, following all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing products
* Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
What we\'re looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional Baker, with a strong background in traditional and artisanal baking
* Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods
* Excellent communication and teamwork.
