Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Support Technician with experience in supporting customers in a Windows environment and the Microsoft suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in an MSP environment, with hands‐on experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, and basic networking (routers and switches).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 2 support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues in a Windows environment.
* Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
* Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment, including routers and switches.
* Work closely with clients to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure the successful delivery of IT services and projects.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Level 1/2 Support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft suite (365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint).
* Experience with networking equipment such as routers and switches (desirable)
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
* Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable.
