Sales Manager – Crest Nicholson Plc – West Tamworth, Australia
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the new‑homes market in the Midlands area. You will have the opportunity to make a great impact within our highly successful team.
About the role
The Sales Manager will oversee several of our sites, driving sales to meet targets in a challenging market. You will spend about two days per week at our Tamworth office and the remaining days working on site. You will need to be agile, looking for solutions and alternative ways to market our range of properties.
Responsibilities
* Provide Sales Advisors with the support and tools necessary to achieve their targets.
* Manage sales across multiple sites, ensuring targets are met.
* Collaborate with other Sales Managers, Sales & Marketing and the Director on budgets, land valuations and marketing of the divisional developments, both pre‑ and post‑construction.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies, produce marketing collateral and calculate ROI to analyse the success of our marketing efforts.
* Deliver reporting and analytics to support decisions and showcase performance.
* Bring new ideas to the team and apply your experience and knowledge in practice.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience selling homes off‑plan.
* Strong knowledge of the new‑homes market in the Midlands area.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Good IT skills, especially in reporting and analytics.
* Ideally a current Sales Manager or one with equivalent experience (e.g., a team‑leader role).
