Our client, a well-established company based in Port Melbourne, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trading Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, you will support the international trading and operations team by managing documentation, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. This role involves working with internal systems such as SAP, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining accurate records.
It's an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills-preferably with international trading, logistics, or supply chain experience-who is looking to build a long-term career in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain trading documentation and records
* Process orders, invoices, and purchase requisitions using SAP
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support trading operations
* Ensure compliance with internal procedures and trading policies
* Generate reports and assist with data entry and reconciliation tasks
* Provide general administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or trading support role
* SAP knowledge (preferred)
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
* Full working rights in Australia are required (citizenship or permanent residency)
