Responsibilities:
* Organize and compile business data to support team operations.
* Coordinate meetings and document key discussion points.
* Manage departmental files and track internal administrative processes.
* Handle vendor documents and respond to routine business inquiries.
* Facilitate cross-department coordination to ensure project progress.
* Assist with tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an operations or support role.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin.
